Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

I’m here to help you—or your child—feel truly seen and understood and to leave therapy more confident in who you are. Once we’ve built that safe space, we’ll strengthen family connections, grow emotional muscles, and make sure every voice in the house feels heard.

I chose this work because grief therapy saved me in high school after a big loss. Feeling that kind of steady support changed everything for me. Now, in our sessions, I listen closely, use games, drawings, and other creative tools, and stay on your team no matter how big or confusing the feelings get.

Think of therapy as teaming up with a caring coach: we talk, play, draw, and practice new skills until worries feel smaller and confidence feels real.

I love this field because it’s filled with caring, empathetic people, and I get to walk alongside clients every day as they heal, grow, and discover their strength. If you’re ready to show up, explore your feelings, and take small steps forward—even if you’re nervous—we’ll make a great team.

Together, we’ll build confidence, handle tough emotions, and create stronger bonds at home and beyond. When you’re ready to grow at your own pace, I’m here to guide and cheer you on.
