Kristi Jones, MA

Pre-Professional Marriage and Family Therapist

My first job is simple: help you feel seen, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. Once that safety is in place, we start shaping a life that aligns with how you want to live—whether that’s calmer days, stronger relationships, or finally believing you’re lovable.

This is how I often sum up my job: When worries, hurts, or not-fitting-in feelings show up, you tell me the story and we make a plan together. Then we practice until those feelings get smaller.

If you’ve been told you’re too much, not enough, or simply wrong, I’m here to prove that none of those stories get the final say.

Watching the light return to someone’s eyes is pure magic. I’m honored every time a client trusts me with their most challenging moments and lets their real self step into the room.
