Co-Founder, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Life inevitably brings challenges—especially within relationships and families. When those stresses surface, a supportive, skilled guide can make all the difference. My role is to be that guide: helping you communicate better, resolve conflicts, and build stronger connections.

My therapy style centers on genuine care and collaboration. Clients often discover deeper insight into themselves and others, leading to healthier relationships and renewed resilience.

My goal is to help you feel empowered, providing you with practical tools to navigate life's challenges confidently and effectively..

Jan Stone Allen, MA, LMFT Co-Founder, Therapy Group of Charleston
